Cannot find the product you require?

We have intensive knowledge of plumbing products so we can try and assist the best we can to supply the item you require, even if it is not on our website we most likely can source and provide a quotation. If possible, please send photos of the item you are wanting to replace.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes we take all our own photos so the product you have purchased will be the same as shown.

How can I return an item?

We have a 30 day returns policy in which the buyer would pay returns postage. We always recommend using a tracked returns postage so the parcel does not go missing.

Terms and conditions – The item should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and should include all items that were in the original packaging. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts or is damaged during the return delivery because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we will contact you.

No access to a printer? Please contact us and we can provide a solution to get your item returned for a refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We aim to always keep stock of items but if the item is out of stock the item is either out of stock with our supplier or we are awaiting the stock to come into our warehouse. If the item you require is out of stock just contact us and we can provide an estimated date.
