- 1/2″ flat face BSP thread (measures approx 20mm) the other end
- Ideal for screwing monobloc tap flexis straight onto the end
Most plumbers/DIY’ers usually remove the nut and olive from a standard isolation valve and screw the flexi on. This is not the correct way to do this! Removing the olive reveals a sharp bevelled edge that can easily split the washer if over tightened, causing a leak
