Known as a service or Isolation valve
Allows for easy switch off of feeds to taps, toilets, showers etc…
This is the angled 90° version
15mm compression fitting onto copper or plastic pipe one end
1/2″ BSP spinning nut on the other end (fits thread measuring 20mm)
This has a rubber o ring seal as opposed to the thin red fibre washer, this allows for you to get a better seal on the thread without the need of over tightening, possibly stripping the thread!
