The Bristan 00622415 is a genuine screw-in thermostatic cartridge used in a wide range of Bristan shower valves. The newer version features a brass construction, replacing the earlier nylon/plastic version, and the two versions are reported as cross-compatible.
The cartridge is approximately 92mm long and 31.45mm in diameter, with two O-rings and a 20-tooth spline arrangement. It is used to control and stabilise the temperature of mixed water within compatible thermostatic shower valves.
This cartridge is brand new and unused. However, the original packaging has been poorly opened at some point. I have checked the cartridge carefully and it is in excellent condition. The item will be re-labelled and securely packaged before dispatch.
