Details
This genuine AXOR Starck tap is new and unused stock from storage. However, it comes in a Hansgrohe box labelled for a different tap, model 10015000, rather than the correct 10111000 box.
The tap has been stored without its protective sleeve, so it has picked up a few very slight surface marks. These are extremely minor and are not prominent enough to photograph. Likewise, the face of the pop-up waste has a few light scratches, although these should be virtually unnoticeable once fitted.
In addition, two small screws that secure the brass fixing back nut are missing. The fixing nut can still be tightened without them, but we have mentioned this so you know exactly what you are buying.
Overall, this is a genuine new premium basin mixer with minor storage-related marks and an incorrect box, which is reflected in the price.
