Pair of Chrome Bib Tap Extensions 60mm (1/2″ M x F)

Features

This pair of chrome-plated 60mm bib tap extensions provides a professional plumbing solution designed specifically to bridge the gap when wall-mounted taps sit too far recessed from the tiled surface. Manufactured from durable metal with a polished chrome finish, each extension features standard 1/2″ BSP male and female threads to extend your existing tap connections by 60mm without altering concealed pipework. Furthermore, an internal Allen key socket allows for effortless, tool-free tightening from the inside, preventing any risk of scratching the bright chrome exterior surface. As a result, you achieve a neat, secure, and correctly aligned tap installation.

• Convenient Pair Supply: Supplied as a matching pair of 2 extensions. Therefore, you have both hot and cold feed connectors covered simultaneously.
• 60mm Length Extension: Adds precisely 60mm of reach to your tap threads. Consequently, it solves deep wall recess issues and ensures proper escutcheon seating.
• Polished Chrome Finish: Built with a resilient chrome-plated coating. Moreover, it delivers a clean, matching aesthetic alongside modern bathroom or utility bib taps.
• Standard 1/2″ BSP Threads: Engineered with standard 1/2″ male to female threads measuring approx. 21mm. As a result, it ensures universal compatibility with UK wall-mounted fixtures.

Details

Installing wall-mounted bib taps often creates a headache when the supply pipe outlets are set too deep within the wall cavity, preventing the taps from mounting flush against the tiles. Moreover, breaking into finished brickwork or tiling to reposition backplates is messy, expensive, and time-consuming.

Fortunately, these 60mm chrome bib tap extensions solve the problem with professional efficiency. Because they combine standard 1/2″ BSP threads with a protective internal Allen key socket, they screw securely into your existing outlets in minutes. Consequently, you achieve a neat, watertight, and perfectly positioned tap setup without touching your core pipework.
