McAlpine Universal Overflow Pipe Connector Coupling – 19mm to 23mm (Pack of 5)

McAlpine Universal Overflow Pipe Connector Coupling – 19mm to 23mm (Pack of 5)

Features

The set of 5 McAlpine universal overflow pipe connector couplings provides a versatile, trade-trusted drainage solution designed specifically for joining and extending old imperial and modern metric overflow systems in a straight line without requiring glue. Manufactured by McAlpine (MPN: R1M) from durable, high-grade plastic, these multi-fit straight couplers accommodate pipe diameters ranging from 19mm to 23mm, making them ideal for bridging the gap between old 3/4″ imperial pipework and new metric 21.5mm overflow or condensing pipes. Furthermore, they effortlessly connect unpopular grey push-fit systems to standard white glued pipe, and can even be used on 22mm or old 3/4″ copper tube for wastewater, condensate, and discharge runs (not recommended for pressurised pipework). Because you receive a matched pack of five genuine McAlpine couplings featuring a clean compression design, you gain complete confidence in a secure, leak-free inline connection. As a result, you achieve a professional, adaptable, and reliable drainage repair.

• Universal 19mm to 23mm Range: Precision-engineered to fit pipe diameters from 19mm to 23mm. Therefore, it seamlessly connects old imperial (3/4″) and new metric (21.5mm) overflow and condensate pipes inline.
• No Glue Compression Design: Built with a secure compression mechanism for tool-assisted installation. Consequently, it allows for fast, mess-free joining without chemical sealants.
• Genuine McAlpine Quality (R1M): Manufactured by industry leader McAlpine under MPN R1M. Moreover, it guarantees professional-grade durability and reliable long-term performance.
• Versatile Wastewater Jointing: Suitable for non-pressurised discharge, condensing, and wastewater overflow lines, including 22mm copper tubing. As a result, it offers exceptional flexibility on complex repair jobs.
• Value Pack of 5: Supplied as a trade multipack of five straight connectors. Furthermore, it gives you the exact components needed for multiple inline repairs or keeping spares in the van.

Details

Joining older imperial 3/4″ overflow or boiler condensate pipes with modern metric 21.5mm systems—or connecting grey push-fit pipe to standard white glued lines in a straight run—often creates frustrating compatibility hurdles during plumbing repairs. Moreover, finding a single coupling that grips these varying outer diameters securely without glue can be difficult.

Fortunately, this set of 5 McAlpine universal overflow couplings (R1M) solves the problem with professional efficiency. Because they feature a flexible multi-fit design covering 19mm to 23mm pipes, genuine McAlpine construction, and a clean compression fit, they make cross-system repairs effortless. Consequently, you achieve a clean, secure, and reliable drainage connection every time.
