This 110mm soil pipe strap-on boss provides a practical way to connect a 40mm waste pipe into a standard 110mm soil and vent system.
The 110mm strap-on boss attaches to the soil pipe, while the supplied 40mm solvent boss adaptor accepts waste pipe measuring 43mm externally. Therefore, it is suitable for connecting waste from a bath, shower, washing machine, dishwasher or kitchen sink into a 110mm soil system.
It is important to remember that 40mm waste pipe is a nominal size. The pipe should measure approximately 43mm externally to suit this adaptor. Therefore, please measure your existing waste pipe before ordering.
The two components arrive separately rather than glued together. This allows you to position the boss and adaptor before completing the solvent-weld connection.
