Genuine Grohe 45346000 1/2" ceramic disc flow cartridge. This half-turn headwork provides smooth, precision control and is a direct replacement for many Grohe basin and kitchen mixers. Pro Tip: This version is typically used for the hot side of the tap as it opens with a clockwise turn and closes anticlockwise. If your handle turns the "wrong" way or drips when shut, this high-performance ceramic valve is the correct fix.
